CLEP® is the College-Level Examination Program® of the College Board. CLEP® exams are offered year-round at more than 2,000 test centers worldwide. Students may take the exams at official test centers or at home with remote proctoring. The exams are all multiple-choice and take approximately 90-120 minutes to complete. Anyone can take a CLEP exam. Students can potentially earn college credit if they score high enough on the official CLEP® exam. 2,900 colleges grant college credit based on CLEP® exam scores. Students register for exams on the College Board website. There is an exam fee and there may also be a test center fee. Bridgeway students could consider taking a CLEP® exam after completing a course in that particular subject area, especially if the course was more rigorous or Honors level.
