Families who wish to withdraw must submit a formal request to withdraw.Bridgeway Academy will refund tuition paid as follows:❖ All registration, service and/or shipping fees are non-refundable.❖ Families who withdraw more than 14 days after their program start date are NOT eligible for refund and any balance owed is due immediately.❖ REFUND POLICY Families choosing withdrawal for their student(s) must submit a formal intent to withdraw. Bridgeway Academy will refund tuition paid as follows. All registration, service, and/or shipping fees are non-refundable. For enrollments purchased for immediate start, the following refund policy applies. Withdrawals occurring within 14 days of coursework beginning are eligible for a full refund, less registration, service, and shipping fees. Withdrawals occurring more than 14 but less than 30 days from the beginning of coursework are eligible for a refund of tuition, less than 20% of total annual tuition, and any applicable fees. Withdrawals occurring more than 30 days after coursework begins are not eligible for refund, and any balance owed is due immediately. ❖ Withdrawals before July 1 of the New School Year or before the start date -Tuition refund less 10% of total annual tuition and any applicable fees.the ❖ After July 1st of the New School Year or within 14 days of start: Tuition refund less 20% of total annual tuition and any applicable fees.● Grade Level Kits (GLK) have a 14-day from receipt return period provided the materials are new and unused with no writing on any materials. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Any returned materials that are used/damaged will not be re-returned to the customer and are not eligible for refund.● Each HOPE Package includes a non-refundable $395 Evaluation fee.
