Daily Schedule for Elementary StudentsWe recommend that you begin the academic day promptly at the same time each day. We encourage you not to let your school day become too informal.The Bridgeway Academy curriculum is designed to facilitate learning. A combination of built-in controls and quality academics will enable your student to attain the highest levels of scholastic achievement. It is your responsibility to establish classroom procedures and ensure that your student adheres to those procedures.Remember: High expectations yield high results!Things to Remember about the Daily Schedule:An explanation of special instructions concerning the daily schedule is needed each day. The student should be accountable for regular scheduled plans once they are explained.Your student should establish reasonable daily goals in each subject and complete them that day.Consider beginning each day by sharing an inspirational thought with your student(s). A brief discussion of a verse from Proverbs or a daily devotional booklet can be used.Consider beginning each day with a time of prayer.After the student completes his curriculum studies for the day, there should be ample time for domestic and vocational skills training.Remember that no two children are alike. One may be strong in English and another in math.
