Mandatory Senior Webinar

All seniors are required to attend one of the offered webinars. If you are unable to attend one of the live webinars, there will be a recorded webinar for your viewing, along with instructions for proof of attendance.

Can't attend the in-person graduation ceremony? 

The 2024 Bridgeway Graduation Video is for you!

 

For Bridgeway seniors who cannot attend the in-person ceremony, we will be releasing a 2024 Bridgeway Graduation Video. This video will include filmed portions of the live ceremony in PA, candid footage, and photos, along with senior submitted pictures and videos. You must submit your Media Submission Form (see link at the top of the page) to participate and see your information in this video! This video will be released via our Bridgeway YouTube Channel and will be linked here, at a later date. We encourage you to use this 2024 Bridgeway Graduation Video to create your own at-home commencement celebration with friends and family. As of now, we plan to release the video link by June 22, 2024! 

 

NOTE: For the last four years Bridgeway has done a livestream of the in-person PA Bridgeway Graduation. There will be no live stream. In place of the livestream, we will release the 2024 Bridgeway Graduation Video link as a way for all to celebrate commencement.

Important Graduation Information:

If you are on track to complete your work by the end of your school year, but that date is after June 1st, you can still participate in the graduation ceremony and receive the same diploma cover that all students receive while walking across the stage.


Graduation Attendees/Seats: 

Each senior is allowed 5 seats/attendees (seniors not included). If your family needs more than 5 seats, please reach out to your advisor to seek approval.

Graduation Ceremony Location: 

Delta Allentown/Lehigh Valley

Time: Graduation Ceremony begins at 11 A.M. EDT. Please plan to drop your student off at 8:00 A.M. EDT. Rehearsal is from 8:00 A.M. - 10:30 A.M. EDT. Parents should return to take their seats at 10:30 A.M. EDT, with the Reception to follow. Hors d’oeuvres will be available following the ceremony and formal graduation group photo.  (The Ceremony will be about 1 hour and 30 minutes long.)


Graduation Day Schedule:

8:00 - Student drop off (location Delta Marriot Allentown).

*Parents, the doors are only open for seniors at this time; doors will be open to family and guests at 10:30 AM.*


8:30-10:30 - Senior Portraits, Senior Mingle, and rehearsal.

*Link to order Senior Portrait packages will be updated this spring. Senior portraits are only offered to those attending the in-person graduation ceremony.*


10:30 - Doors open for family and guests


11:00-12:30 Graduation Ceremony


12:30 Senior Group Photo immediately following the ceremony. Parents, meet your graduate immediately before heading to the reception.


12:45-2:00 Reception




Dress Code:

Please follow these dress code guidelines for the graduation ceremony:


Male students: Button shirts with collars and long dress pants. A tie is recommended but not required.

Female students: Conservative dresses or skirts, shirts, and dress pants. No skin-tight dresses or short skirts are permitted. High heels are discouraged as they are difficult to walk across the stage and up and down steps.


*If you choose to decorate your cap, all content must be appropriate, respectful, and in line with a commencement ceremony. Bridgeway has the right to remove your cap if deemed necessary.*




Cap and Gown Information:

Students attending in person must order a cap and gown directly from Graduation Source in Royal Blue/Shiny. The tassel should have a 2024 charm and color choices #1 royal blue and #2 gold. You can purchase the package that we recommend HERE. Ordering a cap and gown is optional for those not attending in person; however, in the coming months, students will have the opportunity to send in a video of themselves "walking the stage." Last year, many of our students chose to wear their caps and gowns for this opportunity. 
 
Interested in purchasing a class ring? You can purchase this independently and we recommend this website. Bridgeway does not order any class jewelry. 
 
For seniors attending the in-person graduation, tassels and diploma covers will be issued at graduation TEMPORARILY just for ceremony and picture usage. The tassel, diploma, diploma cover, and official transcripts for ALL SENIORS will be sent via mail for security and safety purposes.
